In reality, the act of pray is never 'how'
Sheer need and upsurge makes it wow!
Spontaneity in connect, in instant, in now
Without any here-there, with-or-without.
Yet ample prevalent in specific, in sound
With words formation, mentally found!
No true prayer, fundamentally of 'bound'
No defined form, feel or fixed ground.
Inner call to converse, convey to surmount
To Energy, Image, God, Deity, any profound.
The sincere, genuine is surely heard
With faith and capacity to hold undoubt
'Thank you' - if straight from the heart loud
In there comprise all 'Morli', makes Lord proud...
Prayer is a very subjective, personal space allotted to each one.
Praying is an act kept above any occupation, engagement, relation. It can happen irrespective of them and also simultaneously when one is engrossed in it...
Each one is differently inclined to the belief and act of prayer. Some do not believe in praying due to the individual belief that one only prays when one is incapable to deliver, whereas some are completely in tune with the concept and feel an urge to pray which also then comes easily to them.
Those who have turned towards any school of thoughts or religion or sect, are made to believe and are willing to follow the specific way and words to pray.
The fundamental requisite behind " How to pray" - is whatever comes naturally. To pray has more to do with being honest to oneself. Accepting and acknowledging whatever is out there.
Praying can be all about finding a way out which could be;
For any mental, vital, physical, spiritual, emotional, professional, personal, social, psychological, familial reasons...
For progressive, altering conditions...
Done collectively or singly...
A prayer can be in form of ask, demand, clarity, condition, offering, self giving or any other innovative form because the most important thing is with which attitude and inner intend the praying is done.
According to the level of what is put forth and to whom it is put forward, is then answered. If it is addressed to the higher power and is part of long practice with firm and established faith there is convenience in believing and accordingly materialising.
Through Integral Yoga, it is now evident that one can pray without words or thoughts but in silence just with one ardent aspiration, which is emerging from the heart that goes straight up like a burning flame and speeds up the realisation of the same.
Those who are experienced would agree that feeling grateful and self giving are the most effective prayers that humans should invest in.
Otherwise, the Lord anyway has the say, anything can be turned to praying, made a prayer and can be granted.
