Renounce! Not life.
But
Inert, obscure, adverse tide!
Renounce! Not heights.
But
Arrogant, stagnant, sharp edge!
Renounce! Not nights.
But
Prolonged fear, darkened vibes!
Renounce! Not drives!
But
Compelled, withheld, immobile!
Renounce! Not dives!
But
Annulled nihilistic vacuum void!
Renounce! Not human side
But
Animalistic instinct, divinity deprived!
Renounce! Not spiritual inclined
But
Gain, stand, haste, short cut device!
Renounce! Not moments prime
But
Wasteful absent lost unjust time!
Just because human would indulge thus would renounce too!
Choices, when opted out one chooses and thus one would end up with adopt or abend...
Choices are from mental registration. This means the being has support of the mind. Mind has given the leverage to the owner to decide and make choices.
The intellect conveys what and what not upto a point and the man follows but with discretion, conscious decision to move in particulate direction and with some specifics, not...with renunciation!
The soul journey is always forward so merely out of soul nature the man is driven to not to sit ideally ... not to stand unintentionally ... every act with the purpose so for mind to obey it is easy ...
Easy to renounce to react with those non benefiting outcomes...
Thank you...

Our renunciation must obviously be an inward renunciation; especially and above all, a renunciation of attachment and the craving of desire in the senses and the heart, of self-will in the thought and action and of egoism in the centre of the consciousness. For these things are the three knots by which we are bound to our lower nature and if we can renounce these utterly, there is nothing else that can bind us.
All renunciation is for a greater joy yet ungrasped. Some renounce for the joy of duty done, some for the joy of peace, some for the joy of God and some for the joy of self-torture, but renounce rather as a passage to the freedom and untroubled rapture beyond. SA
