અર્પણમાં સરકતી...

જોઉં મને, અર્પણમાં સરકતી,

અગાધ સાગરે, બિંદ શી ઓગળતી.

વિસ્મયે દર કણ ઝણઝણતી

પૂર્ણે ભળી, જોજને હીંડોળતી

નસ નસે નીરકોષ ભરતી.

દૂરસુદૂર ડોલતી, ફેલાતી,

જોઉં મને, અર્પણમાં...

પ્રસન્ન! ઊત્તુંગ ઊછળતી,

ઓટ મટી, ભરતી ટહેલતી,

સ્ફટિક ફેનીલ શી ઝળહળતી,

કિનારે ઊભી, ભીંજાતી ધરતી,

જોઉં મને, અર્પણમાં...

પરિભાષા, શું અફાટ જલધિ?

સમૃધ્ધ, ફળદ્રુપ મબલખ વહેતી!

અર્પણની પળ, દેન ગહરી,

પામે ગતિ, ગહન 'મોરલી'

જોઉં મને, અર્પણમાં...

અર્પણમાં એ તાકાત છે.

કિનારાઓ ભરી શકે છે. 

દિવાલો નેસ્તનાબૂત કરી શકે.

ભલભલાં ઘડતરો,  ભલે પેઢીઓથી સચવાયાં હોય,  એને ધરાશયી કરી શકે.

ભરપૂર જગ્યા કરી શકે. 

પાર વગરનો અવકાશ મૂકી શકે. 

નવીન ચોક્કસતાઓ ભરવા... 

ખુલ્લાં દિલ,  કર્મ,  વચનથી ખુલ્લાં કરી નાખે.. 

બનું જ જાણે પારદર્શક! 

એટલું રુડું અને સ્વચ્છ કે ધારક પોતે જ પોતાનાથી છક્કડ ખાઈ શકે.

આવતું,  જતું બધું જ જાણે વહનમાં હોય.  કશુંય અટકે,  ખટકે,  ઠોકાય નહીં.  

અવરોધ,  વિઘ્ન વગર બસ જયા કરે.  

વિરોધ પછીની અવસ્થા છે એટલે એણે પણ પોતાનું રૂપ બદલી નાખ્યું હોય.

હિસાબો બધાં સમા થઈ ગયાં હોય એટલે એ પછી વ્યક્તિ પોતે જ અર્પણકર્તા,  અર્પણ અને સમાગમ બની જાય.

કૃપા અવતરી હોય તો પોતે જ પોતાનો દ્રષ્ટા, સાક્ષી અને સમીક્ષક પણ ખરો...

એકની અંદર કંઈ કેટલાંય... 

બધાં જ ભિન્ન પણ અભિન્ન...
સ્વતંત્ર છતાં આધારિત...
વિશિષ્ટ સાથે એકદ્રષ્ટિ...

સાગરની જેમ મબલખ બને.  

કંઈક કેટલુંય ઊમટે. 

દરેક તકે આગવી રજૂઆત અને નવી ઊભી કરે. 

કંઈક અશક્ય ખેંચાઈ આવે.
બધું જ વહેણમાં અને વહેણ બધાંમાં.

સિમીત બિંદુ ક્યાં રહે,  વ્યક્તિ તો શું શું ન બની બેઠી હોય?  શું શું ન અનુભવ્યું હોય? 

સાગર,  લહેર,  ફેનિલ,  રેત... બધું જ...

એની જે આલ્હાદક પ્રસન્નતા...

The Spirit which is that,  that knows the possibility and the solutions,  the summit and the height,  the strength and the strong...

The Spirit that knows the birth course,  the life's voyage,  the extracts to be absorbed,  the journey from there on to be lead...

ખરો વિષય હેતુ! ખરો વિરોધાભાસ! 

શાણો થઈ સમજ તું, બન્ને યોગ્ય પ્રયાસ!

ભૂતકાળ ભૂલવા કીધો, 

ધરામાં પધરાવી દેવો, 

ને છતાં જીવતો રાખ્યો

ઈતિહાસ નામે ઓળખાવ્યો?

ગત મૂકી પળમાં જીવો, 

ભૂલ ભૂલી, શીખ પામો, 

ને છતાં એવા સ્તરે રાખ્યો 

ઈતિહાસ પાને જડી,  છાપ્યો!

જીવી લીધું,  છૂટ્યો છેડો, 

જીવાઈ ગયું,  મૂકો પૂળો

સંસારની સમજણ કહે છે કે ખાસિયત સાથે જીવાયેલાં ભૂતકાળને ઈતિહાસમાં ગૂંથી લેઈએ તો એ પેઢીઓ માટે શિખામણ છે.

તટસ્થ દ્રષ્ટિએ જોતાં બંને એક સમયે જીવાયેલાં સમયો છે. 

એકમાં વ્યક્તિ પોતે છે ને બીજામાં બીજું ઘણું કંઈક!

મુદ્દો છે એક જડમૂળથી ભૂલવું ને બીજું ઉદ્દેશપૂર્વક જાળવવું.

કેવી કરામત છે!
સમજની કેવી ભેદરેખા છે!
પૂરાવાઓની કેવી દોરવણી છે! 

માનવજીવન સાથે સમય સમયની કેવી ગૂંથણી છે...

સમયે જ એક સમયને સ્વીકાર્યો છે અને બીજા સમયને જાકારો આપ્યો છે.

માણસ તો બસ,  આ ચાલતાં સમયમાં,  જે તે સમયે શીખવેલાં સરવાળા-બાદબાકીમાં પોતાનો જ સમય જતો જોઈ રહે છે. 

વ્યક્તિ, જો સમયને અતિક્રમી જાય તો તો નવું ગણિત મંડાય...
ત્રણે કાળને પચાવી  વિષયોને પણ સાધી શકે...

The spiritual practice has a subtle truth. Greed, hunger, thirst, sex, etc. are forces of the nature,  Prakriti.

They all must be brought under the effect of the Soul, Purusha. 

One must strive, throughout the life, by control liberate from these attachments, leaving the worldly ties behind and find refuge in the ecstasy of the Soul... 

"Lets run away in high!!"

The Integral Yoga has yet escalated, treaded directives for these trickys of lower nature. 

They are considered as mental, vital elements and forces of lower parts of the being and they can be worked upon as stepping stone. 

One need not struggle against or suppress them but surpass with the movement of aspiring, to transform them through surrender. Psychologically connecting to the divine consciousness,  and offering all these elements together with their thoughts, emotions, actions or any such manifestations. 

Diverting those energy fields associated with them in to profound actions through the divine partnership and blessings. 

Thereby,  nothing is considered waste or degraded but useful in one or the another context,  not even the life, a precious gift to human birth...

નારદજીની સલાહથી મહર્ષિ વેદ વ્‍યાસજીએ ભગવાનને કેન્‍દ્રમાં રાખી શ્રીમદ ભાગવતની રચના કરી. તો શાશ્ર્‍વત શાંતિનો અનુભવ થયો. કોઇ પણ કાર્ય કરતી વખતે ભગવાનને કેન્‍દ્ર સ્‍થાનમાં રાખવાથી કાર્ય સરળ અને સફળ બને છે. 

એ સંદર્ભમાં, 

कायेन वाचा मनसेन्द्रियैर्वा

बुद्ध्यात्मना वा प्रकृतेः स्वभावात् ।

करोमि यद्यद् सकलं परस्मै

नारायणायेति समर्पयामि ॥

Meaning: 

Whatever I do with my body, speech, mind or with other senses of my body, or with my intellect and soul or with my innate natural tendencies I offer (dedicate) everything to Narayana.

*Srimad Bhagavatam (11.2.36)

અદ્ભૂત ભાવ સાથે અર્પણ વિધી...

દિન આરંભથી જ હલકાં રહેવાની વાત!

લ્હાણ મેળવવાની ને લ્હાણીને વહેંચવાની...

લખલૂટ છે એનાં દરબારમાં... ફક્ત યોગ્યતા સિધ્ધ થવી રહી...

કશું લાવ્યા નથી અને કશુંય લઈ જવાના નથી. તો પછી આ વચ્ચેના સેતુમાં શું હેતુ જોવો? 

એ તો પસાર થવા માટેની સુવિધા છે માત્ર!

દિવ્યનું તાદાત્મ્ય જે તે સાધકને કંઈક નીતનવીન આપે છે,  સમજ અને અમલનાં ભાગરૂપે...

આખાય અસ્તિત્વનાં દરેકે દરેક ભાગ,  ખૂણે ખૂણાં ને આખે આખા આ ઊર્ધ્વગતિમાં જોડાય. અંદર બેઠેલો માંહ્યલો,  દરકાર કરે છે કે ક્યાંય કોઈ રહી ન જાય. એ કૃપાવર્ષામાં કોરું ન રહી જાય...

એને જ તો સાક્ષીભાવ કહ્યો છે. 

બાહ્યગતિવીધિઓ માં સમતા અને અંતઃવિશ્વ માટે દેખભાળ... 

પોતાની ભૂમિકા તરફની નિષ્ઠા વતી એક સતર્ક સૂઝાવ... 

સભાનતા છે જ કે હવે એ વિષય એનો રહ્યો નથી. સંચાલક બદલાયા છે છતાં...

Trust is a livewire for interpersonal health.

Trust is a property of intellect and is active right through out the human life. 

Sure,  it is evidence based.  Kind of a proved solace,  tried and tested assurance.

Every human somewhere within all the time looking for anything trust worthy.  Where the intellect can rest upon.

For some it comes easily,  for some the opposite is predominant but it is an indirect march to gain and give trust.

Many a Times,  our brain can not gather enough evidence and bring up reluctance.  In such case,  if the reference is important,  the brain must be trained and taught to trust. 

Basically,  our gut,  our instinct, or whatever one calls for that context,  is familiar and always long for the peace.  

Well,  our heart knows and keeps sending messages in every possible way and by creating every happening into opportunity as reminder to find a way and reach out or bring in peace.

Whatever one does in a life time at any stage of human life is basically reflective to that search for permanence which only trust and much later peace can give. 

Even if a person is active into yogic practices and yet not have established power over the mind or the mind is still in process of surrender,  trust works as key.

With wide eye and open senses,  one can meet numerous small-big happenings and moments that are definitive.

With inner visions,  intuitions one must continue with the, then newly introduced system. Must rigorously follow directs and dialogues at much advance stage.  

The point is how much trust one can give, 
respect that trust and signify with dignity...

The blessed one is then blossoming...

ફક્ત વિચારમાં માનતો વ્યક્તિ એટલે મનપુરૂષનો સ્વામી...

વિચારોને જ દુનિયાના આરંભઅંત માનનારાઓનો તોટો નથી. એમને વિચાર પછી અને વિચાર પહેલાં,  વિચાર છે એટલે વિચાર જ સમજ,  સ્મરણ અને સંદર્ભ છે. સર્વોપરી સત્ય પણ એ જ છે.  અને આ જ સત્ય છે.  એ સિવાયનું બધું ભ્રમ છે.

વિચારોની પેદાશ બુદ્ધિ નથી,  મનપ્રદેશ છે. વ્યક્તિ પ્રકૃતિગત અને પ્રકૃતિવશ,  ઈચ્છાઓને જરૂરિયાત માની ઘડતર આપ્યા કરે છે. એ જ બધાં વાતાવરણામા ઘૂમતા રહે છે.  જ્યાં આવકાર મળે ત્યાં ઘર કરી લે છે.  વ્યક્તિ માને છે કે વિચારથી જ ધારદાર નિષ્કર્ષો એ લાવી શકે છે. કેટલેક અંશે આમાં તથ્ય પણ છે,  પ્રશ્ન છે પસંદગી અને પ્રાથમિકતાનો!

વ્યક્તિ માધ્યમ તરીકે ( માનીએ કે ફગાવી દઈએ,  આપણે બધાંજ એ જ કરી રહ્યા છીએ,  ફક્ત સભાન નથી) શેને અગ્રતામાં મૂકે છે એ પ્રમાણે એ તત્વોને આકર્ષે છે અને પૃથ્વી સ્તર પર મૂકે છે અથવા મજબૂત બનાવે છે.

દરેક પૃષ્ઠભૂમાં પ્રભૂતા અને દિવ્યતા રહેલી છે માટે વિચારતત્વમાં પણ... 

એણે એના મૂળઅંશે, દિવ્યસત્ય  વિચારરૂપે પ્રગટ થતા રહી, માનવજાતનાં માર્ગદર્શક બનવાની વાત છે.

એક સ્તર ઊર્ધ્વે વધી,  વિચારતત્વ પોતે જ માધ્યમ બને કે;  

જ્યાં સુધી મનુષ્યો એવાં શુધ્ધ વિચારસ્વરૂપોને આવકારવા અને ઝીલવા સક્ષમ થાય...

અવાજ વગરની શાંતિનાં...

અવાજ વગરની શાંતિનાં પડઘા ચારેપાસ. 

આકાર વગરની શાંતિ પણ પડછાયે ઊજાસ.

ઘાટ વગરની શાંતિનાં પાસા ધારદાર. 

પ્રકાર વગરની શાંતિ પણ પૂરાવા એકહજાર.

ભાવ વગરની શાંતિનાં પ્રભાવ અસરદાર. 

ભેળ વગરની શાંતિ પણ કોલાહલે એકાંત.

વિચાર વગરની શાંતિનાં હૈયે આકાશ. 

ઊચ્ચાર વગરની શાંતિ પણ ગૂંજે ॐ કાર.

ધ્યાન વગરની શાંતિનાં નિતાંત કૃપા જોડાણ. 

મૌન વગરની શાંતિ પણ  નિરવ રણકાર.

ભેખ વગરની શાંતિ પણ મેઘધનુષ અવતાર. 

ખલેલ વગરની શાંતિ ને 'મોરલી' આભારી અપાર.

શાંતિ... 

ઘણાં અર્થ અને સંદર્ભ માટે વપરાતો શબ્દ! સાવ રોજિદા વ્યવહારથી લઈને કશુંક ખરેખર અર્થસભર સુધી... 

એટલે કઈ શાંતિની વાત છે એ એના ઉપયોગ દ્વારાં સમજવાની રહે... 

માનવજીવનના લગભગ દરેક પાસાંને એ શબ્દ અને જે તે પૃષ્ઠભૂ સાથે અડેલો છે. 

એનો અર્થ કે આ એવી શાંતિ છે જે દરેક સ્તર, સમજ,  અસર સાથે સંકળાયેલી છે.  રાહત આપવાનો એનો ગુણધર્મ બધે જ વહેંચાતો રાખે છે.  જ્યાં જેની જેટલી ક્ષમતા,  માન્યતા અને સાચવણી ત્યાં એ પ્રકારે,  એ રૂપે એનો પૂરવઠો પહોંચે... 

ભૌતિક ઉપયોગમાં શાંતિ બાહ્યસંજોગને આધિન હોય અને એટલી જ અપેક્ષિત હોય. એટલે વિનિમયનું ફળ... 

ખરી ખરી શાંતિ એટલે શાંત તત્વ ની પધરામણી...
