પ્રભુએ, વળી અંગુલી ઘૂમાવી!

વસંતવાયરાએ લીધી વારી,

કુદરતે ૠતુ રમત માંડી,

વસંત આવકારે, દેવા લ્હાણી...

પલ્લવ પ્રીત-રંગ ઓઢી,

વસંતપંચમી, મા શારદે પધારી,

જ્ઞાન-ભાન-સાર અવતરતી,

વસંત આવકારે, દેવા લ્હાણી... 

લચકતી પીળી ખુશી છલકવી,

વાસંતી રંગ - છંદ ગુણધારી.

ખીલે દર હૈયે વસંત વાદળી ,

Steady silent - not even surface decide...

Inspring just the Divine light

The drop released, just suffice...

Receives ample, various descent benign 

'Morli', Blissful being immerses in Divine...

The forces come from outside. Distracts and disturbs the one who is unaware and willing to give up.

That is how most of the time however one is quiet, the moment one faces the anger of other person, unconsciously reacts with the anger. When this pattern is observed and studied seriously, one can catch the thread within oneself that is ready to receive whatever is thrown to oneself and act accordingly.

The moment one steps back...

Aha! Things are clear...

There are thousand and one happening in this way. All the time most of the humans, just accept and be like the others.

Socially, of course, to be part of collective manner is one of the conditions and is also fundammentals for, to live harmonious life.

Here, the point is how far one should succumb to those influences...should they be allowed till the point one looses one's inner poise, calm and balance...!!

The utmost important is to express the inherant divinity. Once that us done, everything else falls in the right place.

તટસ્થ, તૃપ્ત અને શુદ્ધ દ્રષ્ટિમાં ક્યાં કોઈ ઊણપ કે અતિરેક છે!

એવો સમય કે સમયો દરેકે અનુભવ્યા જ હશે. સમયે એવો સમય બતાવ્યો જ હશે જ્યાં બધું જ સભર લાગે.

હા, એ ક્ષણભંગુર ભાવ ખરો...

એટલે જ એને આભાસ કહે છે કારણ કે એને કાયમી હકીકત બનાવી સાથે લઈ નથી જવાતી. એને અનુભવમાં જકડી શકાય પણ સમયમાં બાંધી ન શકાય.

જરૂર હોય છે એની પણ, એ સાતત્યને એક વાર જીવવાની...

અનુભવ તાકાત આપે છે...

સ્પર્શ આપે છે એ સત્યનો...

ભાન કરાવે છે એની ક્ષમતાનો...

વ્યક્તિગત યોગ્યતાને વધુ યોગ્ય બનાવે છે...

એક એવી દ્રષ્ટિ અને સમજમાં સમાધાન આપે છે કે સારું - નરસું લાગતું બધું જ બરાબર છે કે જ્યાં સુધી એમાં કૃરતા કે પરપીડન નથી.

બધું સમયનું વહેણ છે...એ સમયની હવાએ વગાડેલું વાજુ છે એટલે કર્ણપ્રિય ન પણ હોય. ક્યાંક કોઈ માટે જરૂર સુરીલું હશે.

એ વિભાગીકરણમાંથી બચીને જો એવાં સમયોને તકોમાં પલટવામાં આવે તો એ કઈ ઊંચાઈ ઊપર વ્યક્તિ અને જીવનને લઈને જઈને શકે...

આંતરિક વિકાસનાં અવસરો તો વ્યક્તિએ જ શોધવા અને ઊપયોગમાં લેવાં રહે...

There is only one salvation, to cling to the Divine

હે મનુષ્ય...

હે મનુષ્ય, 

તારાં ગમા-અણગમાની ઊપર છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં પારખાં નખરાંથી કંઈયે વધુ છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં વાંધા વચકાથી વિશેષ છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં તર્ક સારથી એ ઊત્તમ છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં વિચાર ઈરાદાથી આગળ છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં માન્યતા માનતાથી સશક્ત છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં ઈષ્ટ શિસ્તથી મજબૂત છે પ્રભુ,

તારાં નેક ટેકથી બળવત્તર છે પ્રભુ,

તું જે કંઈ છે, કરે છે એનાં માવતર છે પ્રભુ,

તારી સમજ કદરનાં જણનાર છે પ્રભુ,

ફકત નમી શકે, આપેલા પનામાં રહીને તું.

પડકાર ફેંકતા પહેલાં, પ્રભુ તો બની જો તું...

'મોરલી' શત શત નમન પ્રભુ ...

કહે છે કે કિનારે બેસીને તો કોઈપણ વહાવને વખોડી કે વખાણી શકે, ખરી સમજ અને અનુભવ તો જે વહેણમાં વહી જુએ એને જ ખબર પડે. 

પાણીનાં વહેણમાંથી પાર નીકળવા માટે પાણી થવું પડે છે. એની જેમ લચીલા અને વહેતા રહી વહી જવું પડે છે. ગમે તેવી, તેટલી જગા અને અંતરાયોની આજુબાજુ, ઊપરનીચેથી થઈને પ્રવાહી બન્યા રહેવું પડે છે.

પાણીનો સ્વભાવ અંગીકાર કરે તેને જ પાણીની જેમ પડતા આવડે. ક્યારેક ધોધ થઈને પછડાવું પડે અથવા તો એ ક્ષમતાને ધીરજ ધરાવી નીકની જેમ સરકી જવું પડે. 

મૂળે, 

બસ વહેતા રહેવું...

પાણી બનતા રહેવું...

જરૂરે ભીંજવતા રહેવું અને કોઈને લાગતી બિનજરૂરી ભીનાશની અવગણનાને દરકાર સાથે અવગણતા રહેવું.

પોતે વિકસીત થવું હજી કંઈક સહેલું છે પણ અન્યને વિકાસમાં મૂકવું, પૂર્ણ અવકાશ સાથે...અને એ સભાનતા સાથે કે એ અવકાશની સમજ, હજી નથી. બધું જ ઊછેરવાનું છે, કોઈ વિશ્લેષણ કે વિભાવ વગર...ફક્ત એ પ્રગતિની શક્યતાને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને આપ્યે જવાનું છે.

પોતાને પક્ષે ધરેલી ધીરજમાં અન્યનો અવસર જોવો અને એ અવસર સમયે એ જ નિષ્ઠાથી એને સહકાર આપવો, ઊગવા માટે...

આમ, કદાચ, વારંવાર અને અનેકોવાર અને છતાં એ અકબંધ ઊછેરભાવ...

વાહ, પ્રભુ...શત શત નમન...

‘The longing to be free is lodged in such a deep layer of the human heart that a thousand arguments are powerless to uproot it'. No one has ever explored the nature of freedom more profoundly and passionately than Sri Aurobindo. 

His final definition of freedom is a vision that transcends rational thought and leaps up towards an almost mystical insight:

Freedom is the law of being in its illimitable unity, secret master of all Nature: servitude is the law of love in the being voluntarily giving itself to serve the play of its other selves in the multiplicity.

It is when freedom works in chains and servitude becomes a law of Force, not of Love, that the true nature of things is distorted and a falsehood governs the soul's dealings with existence.

Nature starts with this distortion and plays with all the combinations to which it can lead before she will allow it to be righted. Afterwards, she gathers up all the essence of these combinations into a new and rich harmony of love and freedom.

Freedom comes by a unity without limits; for that is our real being. We may gain the essence of this unity in ourselves; we may realise the play of it in oneness with all others. The double experience is the complete intention of the soul in Nature.

Having realised infinite unity in ourselves, then to give ourselves to the world is utter freedom and absolute empire.

Infinite, we are free from death; for life then becomes a play of our immortal existence. We are free from weakness, for we are the whole sea enjoying the myriad shock of its waves. We are free from grief and pain for we learn how to harmonise our being with all that touches it and to find in all things action and reaction of the delight of existence. We are free from limitation, for the body becomes a plaything of the infinite mind and learns to obey the will of the immortal soul. We are free from the fever of the nervous mind and the heart, yet are not bound to immobility.

Immortality, unity and freedom are in ourselves and await there our discovery; but for the joy of love God in us will still remain the many.

Deep, intense, convincing common to all who have overstepped a certain limit of the active mind-belt into the horizonless inner space,  this is the great experience of liberation, the consciousness of something within us that is behind and outside of the universe and all its firms, interests, aims, events and happenings, calm, untouched, unconcerned, illimitable, immobile, free...SA

*In the national flag of India the top band is of Saffron colour, indicating the strength and courage of the country. The white middle band indicates peace and truth with Dharma Chakra. The last band is green in colour shows the fertility, growth and auspiciousness of the land.

Sincerity...

If sincerity is the force, 

The drive to the surest destined.

Nothing stops, is circumstanced

To do, that is, what retrieves. 

Shapes anything towards shine

The vigour brings that refines.

The persistence is the surprise

No matter what, never leaves aside.

Something, imperative than honesty and truthfulness because that makes one and keeps one be those two.

Sincerity is the one goodness that even the Divine will look for. Those blessed with divine grace are the ones who are most and in every possible way sincere.

વ્યક્તિતો પોતાને પણ જોતી નથી કે આમ દેખાય છે...

ચેતનાનાં પડળોમાં સંતાઈ કે ખોવાઈ નથી જતી પછી...

પણ એક એકને ઊકેલી કે ગડીમાં મૂકી શકે છે.

દરેક ગડ ને પડમાં એ હોય છે અને છતાં એને ખબર છે કે એ નથી...

સમર્પણ, સ્વઅર્પણ પછી આજ તો મજા છે,

સમસ્ત રમણ...

There is a saying that 'the human nature can never be changed, it goes only with death'

Something completely contrary is mentioned in today's expression.

And Yes...it is true...

Otherwise also in today's times, one does adapt to the demands and requirements of time...That keeps changing and adaptability is now necessary adaptation.

But the point here is of transformation. The total reversal of the human mind, intellect, vital, physical with the help of one's psyche.

And, it is possible...very much...here...in this very life...

The Integral Yoga approaches gives solid and approved assurance to the same. 

The want, will and way of life, if, is asking and matching with the delinated, with what is outlined for the integral yoga practices.

Persistence, perseverance and patience which are definite requirements of life of are used along with life processes for the specified yoga practices, the result is certain...

And, one just surprises oneself...
